The earrings I bought are of a high quality and I like them. The sparkling stones make the right accent on the main stone. The only minus is that the main stone, rose quartz, is in reality more pale than it is shown on the website. Though the communication with customers support had its specifity, they were kind and helpful. Guys, a massive thank you!
The website has to have an indicator of an approximate tax, customers from other countries will have to pay. And the chatbot is malfunctioning, it doesn't always allow you to type in the message you want and shows you two standard options instead.
Overall, Mettle is a trustworsy shop for those who love jewelry with gemstones but have a limited budget; the shop had a New Year sale/discount, and this was important. I recommend this shop/company."
